エルハザードは、異次元の世界。この世界では、ルーン・ヴェーナス姫の王国を中心とした同盟諸国と、女王ディーバ率いる昆虫人種バグロムが覇を競って鋭く対立していた。 主人公、水原誠は県立東雲高校に在学する高校３年生。 ある日、誠たちは突然、異世界エルハザードへ飛ばされてしまう。
