《沉重人生》（英語：My 600-lb Life），是一部美國真人秀電視連續劇，自2012年以來在TLC上播出。每一集都跟隨病態肥胖者一年的生活，他們通常開始這一集的體重至少為600英磅（約270公斤），並記錄他們將體重減輕到健康程度的嘗試。其中部分案例的減重後續發展，則以分支節目《沉重人生現況追蹤》（英語：My 600-lb Life：Where Are They Now?）的形式，以一個或多個以前的患者為特色，在他們的原始劇集播出一年或更長時間之後開始。
